Lux Hair Factory is a Vietnam-based manufacturer and exporter of 100% raw Vietnamese human hair. We supply to wholesale buyers, salons, wig makers, and hair vendors worldwide.

2. Eligibility

By using our services or placing an order, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

  • You are purchasing hair products for business or personal use only, not for resale under false claims.

3. Product Information

We provide:

  • 100% raw Vietnamese hair (single donor, cuticle-aligned)

  • Bulk hair, machine wefts, closures, frontals, and custom wigs

  • Natural straight, wavy, curly, kinky, and custom steam-permed textures

Please note:

  • As raw hair is a natural product, slight variations in color, thickness, or wave pattern may occur. This is normal and not considered a defect.

  • Hair length is measured when stretched (for wavy or curly textures).

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • We accept payments via:

    • Bank Transfer (Vietnam or International)

    • Money Transfer (Western Union, Remitly, WorldRemit, etc.)

    • Mobile Money (for African buyers)

    • PayPal (case-by-case for verified clients)

Orders are processed only after full payment is received.

5. Order Processing & Delivery

  • Standard processing time: 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Shipping time: 3–7 business days via DHL, UPS, or FedEx depending on the destination.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details and for any customs/import duties at destination.

6. Return & Exchange

We accept returns or exchanges only for defective products or incorrect items as detailed in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Important:

  • We do not accept returns due to buyer remorse, late payments, or changes of mind.
