We support both international courier shipping and regional shipping agents to meet the needs of different customer locations, especially in Africa, Europe, and North America and Globe.

1. Shipping Methods

You can choose the most convenient shipping method for your country or region:

1.1. Shipping Through International Couriers (DHL, UPS, FedEx)

This method is available for all countries worldwide and is most common for customers in the USA, UK, Europe, South Africa, Canada, and many Other countries

  • We work directly with the courier to arrange pickup and shipping.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number once the package is shipped.

  • Delivery time: usually 3–7 business days depending on destination.

  • Available couriers: DHL, UPS, FedEx.

⚠️ Notes:

  • DHL offers wide coverage, including remote and rural areas, and handles customs well.

  • UPS is fast and takes responsibility for delays or issues during transit.

  • FedEx has reasonable rates but may not be responsible for damage or lost parcels during delivery.

 1.2. Shipping Through Local Agents (Recommended for African Countries)

For customers in Nigeria, Ghana, Cameroon, or other African regions where international shipping may be more complicated or costly, we recommend shipping through trusted local cargo agents.

Two options are available:

  • You choose the agent: Provide us with your preferred agent’s name and address in Vietnam. We will send the goods directly to your agent for onward delivery.

  • We recommend a reliable agent: We partner with experienced agents such as Gabriel Agent, Vietnam Cargo. After confirming with you, the agent will reach out via WhatsApp to update delivery details.

  3. Customs taxes and import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer, depending on your country’s regulations.

  1. All orders are shipped from our office in Hanoi, Vietnam.
